Hipster Glasses

I like them, I have worn them, but I can't wear them out.  If that makes any sense.  I feel very intimidated to wear them out.  Like people will judge me for trying a bit to hard to be hipster.  I carry them around and take a picture and strike a pose, but then I put them back into my bag.

I actually used to wear glasses, before I went ahead and got my Lasik eye surgery done.  And let me tell you how amazing it is!! I can see! I wake up and look around and I CAN SEE.  It was really amazing (still is), but I kind of miss wearing glasses.  I liked having a barrier between my eyes and the world.  If that makes any sense.  And I'm digging these nerd glasses.  But they are a bit too much for me to be comfortable wearing them around the whole day.  But here it is - to be daring and taking risks - I will wear them all day sometime this week!

So much easier to share with the Internet, rather then wear them around people....Okay.

Who else will be daring and taking risks this week - what risks?  Share with the world and let us know.  Your risk might (and probably) will be more intimidating and real, but any time you step out of your comfort zone is a big step!

Fashion

Recently I've really seriously been into collared shirts.  I went shopping over the weekend, and now when I look at what I bought.  I only see collared shirts.  I think they are so cute and add so much to the shirt.  I'm not usually a good shopper. I always stick to the stripes and long sleeved shirts.  I wanted to branch out and bought one shirt that I didn't really like, but was going to force myself to wear because I wanted a bit more color in my wardrobe, and a different style.  And now, I'm in love with these.

Usually I shop at places like Forever21, Charlotte Rouse. and H&M.  I don't actually have a H&M where I live at the moment - though I know that it has been planned to open in the Spring next year (So excited for that!!) - my sister however lives very close to an H&M, so when I usually go visit her, I stop by there.   What are some other shops that I could go to?  I usually just stick to what I know, but I want to venture out and try new things.  What are some places you guys like to shop at?

I'm super excited for the fall/winter season.  Though where I live, we don't get a lot of that.  But I love the whole layering, boots, and sweater weather.  It just feels so cozy!  A few pics I've picked up from Forever21.

*Forever21*
Love this pea coat.  Looks so cute and comfy.  My usually problem with pea coats are that they are usually stiff and makes it hard to move around.

*Forever21*
Love this mustard color for fall.  Looks so pretty!  Just imagine this dress with a black scarf, a pea coat thrown over, and some black lace up boots!

*Forever21*
My obsession with collars continues.  This dress is so cute!

Hair and Bloglovin'

I'm new to this bloging thing, and I was trying to add my blog to bloglovin'.  Apparently the above code needs to be in one of my published posts.  So yeah.

Anyway,  I just bought Big Sexy Hair Powder Play.  It claims to volumize and texturize your hair.  I'm just going to real quick go try this.  *10 volumzing minutes later*  So my hair has added volume in it.  It's not shabang in your face volume, but it looks good.  I have striaght, thin, and flat hair.  For me, this product is pretty great!!  Like it's every day volume (this is how normal hair should look like on a daily bases).  I kind of dont like the texture of the powder itself when put in the hair.  It's like a powder that you sprinkle on the roots and when you massage it in, it becomes liquid.  And then its kind of hard for you to play with your hair.  I'm constantly running my hand through my hair, and this product makes the hair on the roots a bit stiff (?).  But it's all good.  Volume was needed, and volume was given.  I'm a happy camper.
